We’re proud to have supported the successful delivery of Hyatt Place & Hyatt House Leeds a project that’s been in development for several years.
TMB has provided key support in managing budgets and navigating complex technical requirements to help bring this project to life. Now open in Leeds city centre completing the Sovereign Square regeneration project, the dual-branded hotel features 305 guest rooms, a fitness centre, flexible meeting spaces and a rooftop bar and restaurant.
